How to Add Your Calendar File
⚠ Don't forget: after importing, make sure notifications/alerts are allowed for your Calendar app in your phone's Settings — otherwise the reminders won't actually notify you.
Tap ⬇ Download Calendar (.ics) above. It will download to your Files app, or Safari may ask to open it directly.
If it downloaded instead of opening, go to your Files app → Downloads → tap the freepeptidetracker-schedule.ics file.
iOS will show an "Add All" or "Add" screen with your events listed — tap Add All in the top right.
Open the Settings app → Calendar → make sure notifications are allowed, or go to Settings → Notifications → Calendar and turn on Allow Notifications.
Your doses will now show up in the Calendar app with a reminder 10 minutes before each one.
Tap ⬇ Download Calendar (.ics) above — it will save to your Downloads folder.
Open your Files app (or Downloads notification) and tap the freepeptidetracker-schedule.ics file.
Choose Google Calendar (or your default calendar app) as the app to open it with.
Google Calendar will import the events automatically — you may briefly see an "Importing" notification.
Open the Google Calendar app → Settings → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled, and check your phone's system Settings → Apps → Calendar → Notifications are allowed.
Click ⬇ Download Calendar (.ics) above to save the file to your computer.
Google Calendar: go to calendar.google.com → click the gear icon → Settings → Import & Export → Import → select the downloaded file → Import.
Apple Calendar (Mac): double-click the downloaded .ics file — it will open directly in Calendar and ask which calendar to add it to.
Outlook: go to File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Import an iCalendar (.ics) file → select the downloaded file.
Make sure desktop notifications are enabled for whichever calendar app you use, in both the app's settings and your computer's notification settings.
